VENUE ACCESS

The venue will open 1 hour prior to the first scheduled performance each day.

TEACHER CHECK-IN

Teachers and Studio Directors must check in at the Registration Desk upon arrival to collect their Backstage Pass and complimentary Event Program, while quantities last.

DANCER CHECK-IN

Dancers are not required to check in at the Registration Desk upon arrival. All routines must check in with the Backstage Coordinator prior to performing to confirm they are present and ready for the stage.

​

BACKSTAGE ACCESS

Backstage access is reserved exclusively for dancers, teachers and studio directors. Parents, guardians and audience members are not permitted backstage.  Performers should report to the Backstage Manager 5 routines prior to their scheduled performance. Song & Dance Solo, Duo and Trio performers who require microphones should report 10 routines prior to their performance.

AUDIENCE & ADMISSION

Audience doors will open 30 minutes prior to the first scheduled performance.

General admission is complimentary throughout the entire competition, including the Champions League Finals.

DRESSING ROOMS
Dressing rooms are shared among all studios and are available to dancers throughout the event. Individual dressing rooms are not assigned to specific studios. We kindly ask everyone to keep shared spaces clean and organized and to be considerate of all dancers and studios using the area.

LIVE STREAM

Can’t make it to the event in person? You can still watch live. Every 5678 Showtime event includes a complimentary live stream through Dakiki, allowing family and friends to watch and cheer on their dancer from anywhere. Simply create a free Dakiki account to access the live stream. There is no subscription or viewing fee. Whether you’re in the audience or watching from home, you won’t have to miss a moment.

PHOTOS & VIDEO

We know it’s 2027, everyone has a phone in their hand, and capturing those special moments is part of the experience! Parents and guardians are welcome to photograph and film their own child’s performance. We simply ask that you respect the privacy of other dancers and studios. Please only photograph or record routines in which your own child is performing.

Filming or photographing another dancer or studio’s routine is strictly prohibited. Anyone found doing so will be required to leave the audience immediately.

PERFORMANCE STAGE

Our standard built performance stage measures 68 ft wide × 32 ft deep, with 6 ft wings on each side, providing approximately 56 ft × 32 ft of usable performance space. While venue layouts may vary, we do our best to maximize the available performance space at every location and provide dancers with the largest stage possible.

PROPS

Oversized props may be brought through the designated backstage doors before the first performance of the day or during scheduled breaks. Props can be stored at the venue overnight. If your routine requires any items to be placed on stage in advance, including props, hats or other accessories, please advise our backstage team ahead of time so we can assist.

AWARDS PRESENTATION

Award sessions take place at the conclusion of each performance session. A studio representative must be present to collect awards, as awards cannot be shipped or picked up at a later date.

EVENT PROGRAMS

Printed programs will be available for purchase onsite. All attending teachers will receive a complimentary printed program, while supplies last.
